Breathwork Classes
Breathwork sessions or classes are focused on conscious breathing. Where breathing is usually un-conscious (meaning we don’t need to think to breath) Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It has been known to reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork can help release mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.
Jude runs face to face Beginner, Advance and Sharmatic Breathwork sessions as well as one-on-one Breathwork zoom sessions.
Laughing Yoga with Breathwork
A Laughing yoga class runs for 45 mins has lots of laughter of course and also has a structure where clapping, chanting, play and breathing are interwoven through the class.
The last 15mins Jude adds gentle Breathwork practices so students leave centered, calm and peaceful.

My story…
In 2012 I completed my ‘Laughing Yoga ‘training, after being inspired by watching an episode of 60mins – were Dr Madan Kataria did an extensive study on the benefits of laughter.
As a result of his findings developed ‘Laughing Yoga’.
I started running classes in a local gym and was also contracted to run small workshops and mini- corporate classes in my local area.
Over the next few years, I then completed the Diploma of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I also studied Breathwork, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a therapy called Oldpain2go by Steven Blake.
I have a private online practice specialising in Hypnotic Mindset and Alginment coaching. I also help people in the reduction or even elimination of anxiety .
I also run face to face Breathwork and Laughing Yoga classes.
Of course…all coaching programs and therapy sessions are infused with laughter!
