Hey Happy Jude
In 2012 I completed my ‘Laughing Yoga ‘training, after being inspired by watching an episode of 60mins – were Dr Madan Kataria did an extensive study on the benefits of laughter.
As a result of his findings developed ‘Laughing Yoga’.
I started running classes in a local gym and was also contracted to run small workshops and mini- corporate classes in my local area.
Over the next few years, I then completed the Diploma of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I also studied Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a therapy called Oldpain2go by Steven Blake.
I have a private online practice specialising in the reduction of anxiety and chronic pain.
I also help ‘Heart-Centered Women in Business’ gain clarity, calm, and direction for ultimate success.
Of course…all coaching programs and therapy sessions are infused with laughter!

At the time of consulting with Jude, I had seen many therapists for over 12 months for PTSD. I asked Jude to help me with a specific issue that had me just completely and irrationally frozen with anxiety. Jude has an amazing ability to intuitively seek out the issue and absolutely nail it. I didn’t end up completing the task that I sought the help for. Instead, I did 24 other tasks that were interrelated. Which meant that my actual problem no longer existed! I had high hopes and low expectations in working with Jude. And it was only ‘low expectations’ because I had tried So. Many. Things. in regards to my Anxiety. I had made many positive changes and was able to increase my coping habits and take the edge off, but there was still a level of exhaustion that stemmed from an underlying fear of anxiety returning to my world.
When the opportunity to work with Jude came up, I jumped in wholeheartedly with the hope that this could be the thing that helped me turn that final corner. And it was.
She was breath of fresh air – confident, warm, compassionate, understanding. Working with Jude was comfortable and easy and uplifting. Its been a few weeks now and something has changed. I’m feeling more centred. More energised. That underlying fear has gone and the ability to open up to more of the good things in life is there. It’s almost indescribable. Almost unbelievable after 10 years. But day after day I’m noticing the positive changes. They are real. And I’m utterly grateful. THANK YOU Jude!
